In this pre-design phase, our team conducts project feasibility studies, initial project budget creation, and selects the right design team for the project.

Through the design phase, our team will perform concept development, coordinating various design elements for presentation to owner. Conceptual design will be converted to construction drawings, specifications and contract documents.

Within in the bid phase, our team will develop bid packages, approved bidders list, and conduct pre-bid meetings. Bids will be received, evaluated through scope review meetings and compared to initial budget cost and provide value engineering options.

During the construction phase, our team will begin negotiating final contract terms with contractors and author contracts. We will acquire all required permits, establish onsite general conditions, manage entire construction process through completion of project turnover to owner.

In completing the project through the closeout phase, out team will assure all punchlist items have been completed and assemble and prepare for the owner: complete set of as-built drawings, all material and contractor warranties, and operation and maintenance manuals including owner training, as required.
