Gregory A. Kittridge has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry. His skill set includes budgeting, estimating, bidding, strategic planning, procurement, cost management, project management, constructability studies, feasibility studies, design build, and construction management. Through the years Greg has worked in multiple industries, which has equipped him with vast knowledge of a wide range of fields. 

During his tenure in the industry, Greg has been the project manager for jobs spanning in value less than $10,000 to in excess of $20,000,000. Through his experience in the industry and relationships built through the years, Greg has managed many projects in which he saved the owner money and provided highly satisfactory results.

Trent Carlson has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Before entering the construction industry, he owned a landscaping company. Trent is a driven leader and has achieved much during his time in the industry. He has acted as the lead project manager for jobs worth $1,000,000 to $10,000,000. Trent is also very involved in the community. In his spare time, he is a youth mentor and big brother for Big Brother Big Sisters Organization. He also has been a WYB board member and youth coach for Washington Youth Baseball.

Julie K. Havanis has more than 15 years of experience in construction administration. In the past, Julie’s roles have included human resource assistant, payroll management, and estimating coordinator. As so, she brings a wealth of knowledge to each project.  

James G. Gabriel is STONEMILE’s Project Engineer. He brings a strong knowledge of marketing to the table, along with a unique hands-on business approach. James’ experience includes work with Mill Street Merchants, Uniontown Country Club, and Duck Hollow Golf Club. His duties and passion extend beyond the office, as you can often find him in the field demonstrating his commitment to seeing a project through from start to finish.
